I see available notes that meet my investment criteria, but Auto-Lend isn't purchasing these notes for me. Why?

There are several reasons why this may occur:

• The cash balance of your account is less than the amount to be lent via Auto-Lend
• You have reached your annual investment limit
• The loan was funded entirely via Auto-Lend commitments. In cases where the loan is fully funded via Auto-Lend commitments, lender Auto-Lend commitments are selected randomly, which can result in some lenders who have the applicable Auto-Lend settings but not making a commitment to the loan
