What is a "Note"?

When you purchase a note related to Borrower Loan, you are purchasing a note from Loop Funding Inc. Loop Funding Inc. uses the funds it receives when you purchase a note to fund the corresponding Borrower loan. If the Borrower makes payments on its loan, you as the corresponding noteholder will, subject to certain terms and conditions, receive payments on the corresponding note.
