How do I add or change a bank account?
To make changes to your linked bank accounts, log in to your Lending Loop profile, click on your “Investor Profile”, and navigate to the “Bank Account” section.
Add a new bank account
To add a new bank account, click the “Add a Bank Account” button. You will be directed to a secure service where you can select your bank and fill in your online banking details.
If you don’t see your bank listed or would prefer to manually enter your banking details, you can click the manual connection button directly under the list of banks. You will be directed to provide all of the information required to manually set up a bank account with supporting documentation.
If you currently have a bank account that is “Pending”, you will be able to add another account once the “Pending” account is “Connected”.
Change the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals
If you have more than one bank account set up and you want to change the bank account used for depositing and withdrawing funds, click on the three dots next to the bank account you would like to use and select “Use as primary”.
