Partner Promotional Offer - 50% of Origination Fee

Partner Promotional Offer - Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”):

Loop Financial  Inc.'s (“Loop”) Partner Promotional Offer (the “Offer”) is available to all parties that have a written referral agreement with Loop that is in good standing (“you” or “Referrer") that provide a complete eligible referral (“Referral”) of one or more qualifying borrowers (each a “Referred Party”).

To qualify a “Referred Party” must: 

1. not be an existing borrower of Loop Funding Inc. or have an existing account with Loop and/or any of its affiliates; 
2. meet Loop Funding Inc.'s  borrower requirements; 
3. must be referred via the Lending Loop partner portal or through the unique tracking link provided to you by Loop between July 15th and August 31, 2019; and 
4. receive loan proceeds from Loop Funding Inc. or an affiliate between July 20th and November 30, 2019 (a "Qualifying Loan").

To receive a Promo Award for any Referral, you and each entity you refer must accept and comply with the Offer Terms, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of Lending Loop which are located at: https://my.lendingloop.ca/terms-of-service.

For each Referral you make that meets the Offer Terms, you will receive 50% of the Origination Fee that the Referred Party pays to Loop Funding Inc. (the "Promo Award") with respect of each Qualifying Loan.

Within (1) month of November 30, 2019, Loop will calculate and pay the amount of Promo Award you have earned.

Loop and its affiliates assume no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website or referral system, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Referral Information to be received by Loop or any affiliate on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from participating in Offer. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner that does not comply with the Offer Terms, you and all of your Referrals will be disqualified from the Offer. You agree to abide by the Offer Terms and the decisions of Loop, which are final. The Offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.  The submission of false or fictitious Referral information will result in forfeiture or disqualification of all Promo Awards under this Program.

Where a Referred Party is referred by more than one Referrer, the first complete Referral received by Loop will be entitled to the Offer Award subject to compliance with all applicable requirements. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Loop shall be final and binding on each Referrer.

Loop reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, extend or withdraw all or any elements of the Program at any time by posting a notice on https://support.lendingloop.ca/collection/230-general-information and without obligation to award any future Promo Award.
