I have a loan that has missed a payment or is in default, where do I find updates?
All updates on missed or delinquent payments will be published directly within your account on the Comments page. Comments for specific loans can also be found under the comment column of the Note Portfolio page.
If a borrower misses a payment and that payment is not rectified within 7 days of the due date of the payment, a comment will be posted. We will provide status updates pertaining to the payment 7, 14, and 30 days following the payment due date so long as the payment remains unpaid and provide periodic updates thereafter.
