How do I cancel or reduce a loan commitment?

You may only in some circumstances cancel or reduce the value of a commitment to purchase a Note. If you wish to cancel or reduce a loan commitment you are required to email a scanned and hand-signed copy of the Commitment Change Form to cancellations@lendingloop.ca. You can find the Commitment Change Form on your Lending Loop the dashboard at https://my.lendingloop.ca/investor-profile. Once we receive a request, we will process all requests according to applicable terms and conditions.
